I’m a police officer and live an active lifestyle. While lifting weights, I started noticing my right arm was weaker than my left and it just wasn’t functioning properly. Over the period of about a year, the weakness continued to get worse and eventually my right arm went numb. My primary care doctor referred me to Dr. Stanley and from the moment I met him I felt comfortable. He was fantastic… he put me at ease with his knowledge about my condition and his confidence that he knew exactly what needed to be done to get me back to normal. I decided to go ahead with surgery… and although I was nervous, I knew I was in good hands. After my surgery, I had virtually no pain. I took the prescribed pain medication for one day, then no longer needed it. I can honestly say I had more pain and discomfort when I had my wisdom teeth pulled than with my spine surgery. I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Stanley… things couldn’t have gone any better! I’m back at work, working out, lifting weights and I feel great!
